Your Privacy Matters. Here’s How I Protect It.

Coaching is a space for deep, honest conversations - which means trust and confidentiality are non-negotiable. When you work with me, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space where your personal and professional challenges are handled with the utmost discretion.

What Confidentiality Means in My Coaching

  • Private & Secure Conversations – Everything we discuss in our work together stays between us. Your personal, relationship, and business challenges are never shared with anyone.

  • No Recording or Sharing – Coaching sessions are never recorded or shared, and any notes I take are for my use only.

  • Ethical Boundaries – I maintain the highest ethical standards. I will never disclose details about your coaching experience unless legally required to do so (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).

  • Respect for Your Personal & Business Privacy – Whether you’re a business leader, couple, or individual, your privacy is respected. If you want to share that you’re working with me, that’s entirely your choice.

  • Social Media Mentions & Public Sharing - If you publicly name me as your coach or share about working with me on social media, I may choose to re-share your post or acknowledge it in my own content. However, I will never disclose private details beyond what you have voluntarily shared.

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) - understand that some clients—especially business leaders, public figures, and high-level executives—require additional confidentiality measures. I am comfortable signing an NDA upon request to ensure your privacy and security are fully protected.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

While confidentiality is my priority, there are a few legal and ethical situations where I may be required to break confidentiality:

  • If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

  • If there is a legal obligation to disclose (e.g., court orders)

  • If you give me explicit permission to share something

If any of these situations arise, I will always discuss it with you first where possible.
