10 Sessions: These sessions can focus on improving communication, aligning values, effective listening, setting boundaries, and other key relationship areas. Each 60-minute couples session is designed for open dialogue, understanding, and mutual growth.
Individual Sessions: Two 45-minute individual sessions (one for each partner) are included at the start of the program to address personal insights and concerns confidentially.
